Saturday Seven 3

Long and Short Reviews

OK...I'm going to 'fess up.  I love a good cozy now and then.

Nothing fancy this week; just something to curl up with.

Here's 7 of my favorite series...

A Melanie Travis Mystery by Laurien Berenson

A Book by the Bay Mystery by Ellery Adams

A Moose River Mystery by Jeff Shelby

Dewberry Farm Mysteries by Karen MacInerney

Mystic Notch Cozy Mystery Series by Leighann Dobbs

A Book Retreat Mystery by Ellery Adams

Linn House Mysteries by Jo Hiestand

  1. I love a good cozy, too ... you know what always catches my eye with them? Their clever titles. Most are a play on common phrases and it's so fun to see what people come up with. For example, I have one on my shelf called "The Big Chili". Ha!

Thanks for visiting my blog earlier!

  2. I can't remember the last time I read a cozy mystery. It's been ages. The Linn House Mysteries sound like an intriguing series, though.

This is my Saturday Seven post.

  3. I think in the last 2 years I've read 3 cozies - total.
Your list gave me a lot to think about. I'm glad you posted it because now I have some ideas. Thanks!

Here's my Saturday 7 :) Although I think you visited already. ;) Thanks!

  4. Cozy mysteries are so much fun. Jo Heistand's books are a treat. I'm fond of M.C. Beaton who writes the Hamish MacBeth and Agatha Raisin series. Makes me want to grab a cup of coco and settle in for a long night of reading. Thanks for the list.
